While Abacus has been serving clients in the Southwest since 1990, the company was recently purchased by two long-time employees who bring proven expertise to deliver responsive project management services to public and private sector clients in the region. Adam Brill and Jose Gonzalez have been with the firm for 25 years and 14 years, respectively. They have strong leadership skills that inspire their team members to deliver project success, and are extremely excited to take the reins of the company. As local owners who have full decision-making capability, they’re ready to write the next chapter of the Abacus story.
Adam is a design and construction industry veteran whose expertise in project and program management has resulted in successful projects that consistently meet client goals. He is accustomed to leading high performing teams, managing operations for effectiveness and profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Detroit and completed the Executive Management Program (PMP) at Georgetown University. Adam is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Business Developer.
Jose has significant experience in the construction industry, and brings solid financial and analytical skills to the company’s leadership duo. He has experience as a director of accounting and finance, and has honed his skills in budgeting, business planning, analytics, and sales. He has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego.
