The new Civic Square is a vision the City has had for over 35 years, and is located on the northwest corner of McDowell Road and 150th Drive, just west of Harkins. This project sparked major excitement in Goodyear, one of the fastest growing cities in the nation.
Abacus represented the City through design and construction of the 125,000 SF, four-story, Class A office building that includes City council chambers, library, public lobby and customer service areas, two-acre civic square park, department staff work spaces, and offices.
