Project Management
This project consists of a two-story expansion that includes 10,000 square feet for Property and Evidence room and 2,500 square feet for administrative space on the first floor, and 6,500 square feet of office space on the second floor. The Property and Evidence Room provides separate storage locations for guns, illegal drugs, and a large box refrigerator and freezer.
As the City’s Project Manager, Abacus provided project management, technical, analytical, and support services.
Services provided:
- Identified all project tasks and developed a management plan
- Assisted with development of contracts for A/E and Contractor
- Quality control and Onsite Inspections / Observations
- Cost control / CIP Budget Development
- Schedule control
- Risk management
- Meeting coordination
